CargoOS
For freight bills

Checked before you pay.

CargoOS checks a freight invoice against everything that was agreed — quotes, emails, WhatsApp — asks when it can’t tell, and tells you how much is safe to pay.

How it works

Three steps, one number.

  1. Step 1: Drop the bill and everything that was agreed

The invoice, the quote, the emails and the WhatsApp chat. From a laptop, or from a phone.

  2. Step 2: CargoOS checks every line and asks the owner when it can’t tell

Each line lands in Pay, Hold or Ask, next to the words it was checked against.

  3. Step 3: The owner approves the dispute and sends the letter

CargoOS drafts the words and puts in the numbers. Nothing is sent or paid.

The whole flow

What happens to a bill

Claude reads and writes. The rules decide what is safe to pay. People answer and approve.

  1. Step 1: UploadYou

Drop the invoice, the quote, the emails and the WhatsApp chat, or send them from a phone with the QR code.

  2. Step 2: ReadClaude

Claude reads each document and pulls out what was agreed, word for word. A quote that isn't in the text is dropped.

  3. Step 3: CheckCargoOS rules

Every invoice line is compared with what was agreed. Each one lands in Pay, Hold or Ask, with the words that decided it.

  4. Step 4: AskClaude

When nothing settles a line, Claude asks the owner one question. The answer becomes evidence and the lines are checked again.

  5. Step 5: ApproveYou

The bookkeeper asks the owner to approve the dispute. The owner accepts or rejects it, never one they asked for.

  6. Step 6: LetterClaude

Claude words the message to the forwarder; code puts in every number. You copy it or save a PDF. Nothing is sent.
